The Netherlands has been a key place for us for over a hundred years beginning with the founding of Polak & Schwarz on 1889 in Zutphen and culminating in the 1958 merger with van Ameringen-Haebler to form IFF in New York.

In North Holland our Hilversum Creative Center has been expanded and renovated to ‘Nourish’ or to feed with purpose; designing and co-creating better food and beverage products for people and planet.

Our creative center surrounded by nature is home base for over 400 international IFFers. It was upgraded and refreshed to inspire and engage allow for co-creation; As a place to re-imagine transform explore taste and experience the dynamic interplay between artistry and science.

It’s space for innovation leveraging our broad portfolio of ingredients flavors technologies and end-to-end PRODUCT DESIGN™ capabilities to co-create alongside food and beverage makers across categories such as culinary beverages and snacks and deliver differentiated integrated solutions for all to enjoy.
